In Person Reiki Session
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing therapy that harnesses the healing wisdom of the body to restore balance and harmony. It has many benefits including relaxation, easing anxiety, reducing pain, and aiding in healing.
When there is a block in any of the main energy centers of the body, also known as chakras, there is a disruption in the flow of energy causing imbalance. During a Reiki session I use my hands to detect blockages and imbalance, channeling the energy to open and clear the blockage so the body may return to a state of balance.
As Reiki circulates, the recipient often experiences a release of pain and tension helping the body return to a state of relaxation. Deep relaxation accelerates the body's natural healing process. Instead of being stressed it can focus on healing itself.
Reiki safely treats the whole person, body, mind, emotion, and spirit. It provides many benefits, such as reducing pain and anxiety, accelerating recovery from diseases and injuries, assisting in healthy grieving, bringing balance between mind & body, and promoting overall well-being.

Distance Reiki Session
Reiki is energy and is effectively transmitted remotely across any distance. Distance sessions are as effective as in person and provide the same benefits.
As a Reiki Master I am able to use the same healing techniques in a distance session as I do in person.
Reiki Distance Healing sessions include scanning, clearing of blocks, and chakra balancing.
Healing takes place on all levels - body, mind, emotion, and spirit. During distance sessions, the recipient often experiences release of pain and tension, deep relaxation, and inner peace.
1 hour session $65
Breathwork is a form of active meditation utilizing breathing techniques for inner peace, relaxation, and enhancing overall health and well-being.
Intentional active breathing helps shift the focus inward, regulate the state of mind, and create a sense of calm and purpose.
Deep and conscious breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to promote a state of calm. Breathing slower, deeper, and more consciously helps reduce stress and anxiety.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Reiki. I am 66 years old and I have worked my body hard for a long time. I was a Farrier/Blacksmith for over 29 years. I have also worked as a carpenter, cut a lot of firewood and was a hockey player for years. All things that contribute to wear and tear on everything that moves and some things that used to. I currently have small tears and tendonitis in both shoulders along with back and knee pain. I am seeing a wonderful physical therapist and a chiropractor. I faithfully exercise every day and stay as active as I can. It is a slow process. About three months ago I started seeing Colleen for Reiki. I had no idea what to expect. What I experienced was unlike anything I have ever tried. I have been multiple times now and it has always been a unique and satisfying experience. I come away with a deep sense of relaxation. I just feel good. My pain doesn't disappear but I always feel like I am on the right track. I feel like it really does help my body to heal. I always look forward to my next session. If you have chronic pain and and anxiety, I recommend you try Reiki. I believe it is a wonderful, relaxing treatment modality.
My Reiki session with Colleen was incredibly healing and calming. Each time Colleen moved to a new spot, I could feel the energy flowing to that spot. I drifted off a few times and was in such a state of deep relaxation that I didn’t want it to end. I felt so much better after the session, my anxiety is gone and I have been significantly calmer since.
I wasn't sure what to expect from my distance Reiki session, but almost immediately I felt the energy that Colleen was transmitting. As the session continued, Colleen explained where on my body she was focusing the energy. I could feel the energy flowing like a faucet that had been turned on, it was powerful. When the session ended I felt much better and I was filled with such a tremendous sense of peace.
